Naked Brain is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that lets any team member record a voice note in the field, auto-transcribe it with AI, generate a summary, attach photos or videos, and send everything directly to the right Notion database — no typing required.
One tap to record. Auto-transcribed via Groq Whisper.

Open https://brain.nkd.farm/ in your browser and install it as an app:
Tap the Share button (box with arrow) → Add to Home Screen → Add
Tap the ⋮ menu → Add to Home Screen → Install
Click the install icon (⊕) in the address bar → Install
Enter the team password when prompted. It is saved — you won't need to enter it again unless it changes.

The app requires a team password before any data can be sent to Notion. This prevents unauthorised use even if someone finds the app URL.

On first launch you'll see the password screen. Enter the team password and tap Unlock. The app stores it — you won't need to enter it again.
Tap the right database tab at the top: Ugly200 (general notes), SoP (procedures), Ideas, Daily (standup), or FB1Log (greenhouse build log).
Tap the teal Enter Author button in the header → type your name → tap OK. It's saved permanently until you change it.
Type a short title in the Title field. If left empty, the AI summary or transcript is used automatically. On the Daily tab, the Title field is hidden — entries are titled with your Author name automatically.
Tap the big teal microphone button to start recording. Tap again to stop. The audio is automatically transcribed using Groq Whisper AI — you'll see the text appear in the Voice Transcription box.
In the AI Summary section, tap Generate. The AI automatically returns the minimum number of bullet points needed to capture the key information — 1 bullet for a quick note, more for longer recordings.
Use the Photo or Video round buttons in the Media card. Photos attach as-is. Videos are automatically audio-extracted and transcribed — the transcript appears in the Video AI Summary box ready to summarise.
Each tab has its own fields — select tags, status, phase etc. Tap + Add to create a new custom tag on the fly.
Tap the big Send to [Tab] button. A new page is created in the corresponding Notion database with all your content, media, tags and metadata.
Summarise any video — local file, field recording or YouTube.
Tap the Video button in the Media card and pick a file from your device. The app automatically extracts the audio, compresses it, and transcribes it via Groq Whisper. The transcript appears in the box instantly.
Open the video on YouTube → tap … → Show transcript → copy it → paste into the transcript box.
Tap Generate in the Video AI Summary section. The AI returns the minimum essential bullet points. The summary is included in the Notion page when you send.
Tap the gear at the top right to open Settings. Light / Dark / Auto mode is open to everyone; the Configuration section needs a PIN:

Naked Brain checks for updates automatically every 5 minutes. When a new version is deployed you'll see a notification at the bottom of the screen:
